Coaching can be delivered either virtually or face-to-face with programmes designed around the specific circumstances of the individual or business context.
Given that proper, lasting change takes time, we work with clients to set their change plan aspirations 12-36 months out but, ideally, with a focus on the immediate 12-month window. Typically, it takes 6 months to build capability and capacity and a further 6 months to really harness that change.
